We'd toured a few but no builder seemed capable of creating a excellent quality home. We'd lived 34 years in a home built in 1880s and wanted that level of craftsmanship. He knew the perfect builder and introduced us to Fischer Homes. We knew it was "home" simply seeing the model and a recently constructed home in the community most convenient for us. Brad was with us every step of the way. His consistency assured us he was the realtor to handle the sale of our home, too. We were correct. Our home was perfect for the right buyer and he found that person in less than two weeks.
